Eleanor Richardson oral history interview [sound recording], 1999 July 12.

Richardson recalls her childhood, and her pre-Women's Movement foray into activism, when she joined the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. She discusses her involvement with the League of Women Voters and her experiences as a state legislator, and she describes her personal efforts in the move to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment in Georgia.
